Shipping Rates (Australia)
We offer the following domestic shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping – AUD $10.00
- Free Standard Shipping – on orders AUD $75.00 and over
- Express Shipping – AUD $15.00
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packaged with love. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or sale events.
Delivery Estimates (Australia)
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@louandbell.com.au. We can only accommodate address changes before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
